We've made the process very simple, and we ask that you revisit the site at least once a month to find new improvements that can apply to you business operation.
When you hit a level of certification (say 100 for silver) look for the "Audit Now" button under the progress bar on the left. Certification of your business requires a live audit for compliance purposes. Audits also provide greater insight and assistance on monthly basis.
